Hey All!!

I have been waiting for this site to open after someone had mentioned it would be coming... I m super excited to get my learn on! SO, I am trying to do one song, following the "start here" conversion method... and striking out. I follow the steps, but just getting a jibberish CD (sounds like a Dolby disc CD would sound if played in a standard def CD player - electronic garble)... so I am off to a rocky start. I appreciate any beginner tips that can be thrown my way! And I look forward to making some kick spam mixes!

loving the screenname....i must say. who doesn't love bacon?

so what you're saying is that you're getting static when you play the disc? that's more likely a product of how you're burning the disc than SPEC itself. if that's what you mean, what burning software are you using? if it's Nero, are you making you're turning off any volume normalization options?
