hi hoping someone can help me i have DTS-HD Master Audio Suite on 2 computers and they now both are coming up with the same error message when i try to encode Error 8018 - Encoder: Initialization - invalid configuration file can anyone help me fix this problem here is a copy of the log file

Everybody has this problem in 2021 with this software.

OK thanks for your help ill have a look at the link and see if i can solve the problem

i found if i set clock back to 2020 it worked so it would be interesting to know why this happens

There was also a patch, so you wouldn't have to set the clock back, posted in that thread on QQ.

that patch did not seem to work for me but ill try again and see if i can get it working

Some info from another site mentioned that the patch only works with version 2.60.22

i have tried version 2.60.22 and it sticks on pending so went back to 2.00.24 so im now using an old dts program dts Pro Encoder

Any chance the date shows in "strings", or I guess just search in your hex editor? If so, hopefully that would make it easy to locate and edit (unless they had an anti tamper scheme).
