http://ghosts.nin.com/main/faqhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/us/For those interested, SLICE was set to a Humidity 1 setting of .8, a Humidity 2 setting of 1.0, with WRAP turned on, and the Humidity setting at 1.0. ZPan was then utilized in order to widen the sound in the fronts and reduce artifacting in the rears as much as possible. The 6 mono rears produced with AutoV2 were then run through a second bidule with Ozone4's "Subtle Dynamics" preset.
This is a mostly instrumental album by Trent Reznor with material which ranges from beatless ambient to beat-y industrial. I feel it shows off how the SLICE method can effectively handle both denser and sparser material, creating both very good separation AND soundfield when needed. I'm a bit fearful that Ozone made some of the louder songs a bit too bright on this conversion, but you may not think so.
