Is there any way that we can do mp3 to DTS without much loss in quality. I've been trying for it from many days |

Unfortunately, this is not likely to give very good results. You would be going from a lossy 2-channel format to another lossy 6-channel format. If you're very lucky, you might be able to mask some of the deficiencies with a good mastering VST, but it might also just amplify them. You can easily try SPEC with an MP3 source because the file player accepts this format. If you still have the CD sources, the best solution however would be to rip them again to wav or flac. |

Agree with Fan51. While an mp3 will sound just fine on some headphones while going for a jog, running through SPEC will very quickly reveal the deficiencies of even a 320kbps mp3 file. I would simply not recommend it ever. |

ok. own experience, we recommend you make an image from the cd, but if the source is mp3, you can return it to wav and some vst (ej. rock amp legend of nomad ) give back to something of quality. SPEC simply the best.... |
