Hi, am planning spam a budget HTIB. right now in my mind i got 3 systems. please, suggest me the right one 1. Onkyo S 3500 2. Yamaha YHT-296 3. Denon DHT1312xp or else other brands like sony, samsung with BD player packages ??? Thank you. |

For music its preferable to have 5 identical speakers. Hard to tell from the limited pictures but it looks like maybe the onkyo has that and the other two don't? Other than that, it depends on what's important to you. Do you need spam in or out? Do you want to remote control from your smart phone or laptop? Do you need any other network features like streaming? But then I don't know if any of those features are available in an "HTIB" system. |

Don't know about HTIB but I'd give my Yamaha receiver 10/10 stars for sound quality and Yahama (wood-effect) centre/rears 9/10. Receiver survived comparison against HK and Pioneer kit with (then) 70-100% higher spam tags. Can't comment on their disc playback, currently saving up to retire my ancient Denon with an Oppo. |
