if you save the Plogue output as 'mono'(uncheck 'create multiple files') you'll get a mono multichannel track. you can open this multichannel track in Sound Forge or Adobe Audition multichannel encoder(just 'import' the multichannel in Audition)
from memory: A.Audition multichannel encoder can open 256 channels and can export as 6 individuals channels or as only one multichannel again. Sound Forge 9 can open 8.1 channels, you can export as multichannel or copy and paste each channel in a new channel and save as...
both programs are easy to use but Audition works with 32 bit float internally, is cool. save as 16, 24, 32 or 32 bit float.
after open do the yours changes save as desired.
cheers!
