I've noticed a that I get some clipping in meters & triggers2. I typically lower the Pre Gain (dB) in Spec 4.0 to compensate. Is that the best and most efficient way to eliminate the clipping?

Also, sometimes I've noticed that I didn't eliminate all of the clipping though out the entire .wav (usually noticed after most of the midi files have been recorded) how does that affect my final recording in relation to TriggerLine2 - for instance would this be a reason why I would receive a #VALUE error instead of number for the gain group?

I use the software often and since I've been using the AutoV2 my recordings have been much better than they were w/o - thanks again for creating the spreadsheets, triggers & meters.

I have been using Spec 4.0 autoV2 to make my surrounds. Yesterday I checked the additional base boost, lowered the LFE gain to -30 and ran the midi recorder on 22 songs. When I dropped the midi file onto Getlevels4 I received the following error - "date area passed to a system call is too small". This is the first time I seen this error. Would it have to do with trying to boost the LFE signal?

Could you recommend another way to boost the LFE? When I run finished surrounds I have no signal from the LFE channel.

Normally I would ask to see the midi file, however we are very close to releasing a new workflow that brings all the spread sheet operations inside Plogue.
