Greetings from Texas,

As I predicted in another post I am having a dumb problem. I am using the spec4.86_Zag layout included in the installation package.I have followed the instructions in the new Spec guide and have gotton as far as using Zag to measure the levels. When I turn bidule processing on and press play on the audio player nothing happens other than the audio player is playing, no zag monitors nothing. did I forget to turn something on in some other window? After I figure out how to get all of this to work my mission is going to be posting a new guide for newbees. I love this site but way too much stuff on here is way too far out of date.

I know I will get this to work sooner or later. Please help!

Did you paste the cue file into ZAG? If you did, does it show the correct number of tracks in Zag?

I'm sorry the video guides are out of date. Basically everything SPEC is a labor of love by one person, me. The whole donationware thing is not working and life intrudes

I'd certainly welcome others updating things. Would also like to hear how the instruction manual could be improved.

Greetings from Texas,

Thank you very much for your reply. I found the problem. I reripped the CD and the problem disappeared. I hope to write a new guide for raw new bees soon. I love the site.
