I'm using audiomuxer (it's fantastic), and its worked fine on a few projects. Now I have a minor issue that I haven't been able to figure out. It is probably something obvious that I'm overlooking with the cue file. But I'm burning DVD Video, to play audio only. All works well, but the screen display shows the artist as "Sly and the Family Stone" for all tracks. This is the cue file. I've compared it to other cue files, and didn't have this problem with other albums. Can audiomuxer recognize multi-artist layouts, displaying a different artist for each track?

Unfortunately AudioMuxer does not handle multi-artist cue files.

What you can do to make it work is to manually edit (a copy of) the cue file and to add the performer in the title of the track. Then in Applications/Settings remove the Artist-Album from the Template, so that this information will not show anymore on the screen. Do not forget to click on the Save button to save these new settings. Hit the Default button if later you want to go back to the default settings.

Another possibility is before you hit the "CUE split" button, is to select the "split in files" and "rename" option. This will split the original file in individual files. After the split process, click on the first file in the list and then hit the "Edit" button. Now you can manually edit the Artist and Album fields for each of the files in the list and since these are all individual files they can have different Artist and/or Album information.

In any case it is a bit of manual work, but it will work in the end....

I am completely unable to get either the ArcSoft or the SurCode options to appear for decoding.
ArcSoft Total Media Thetre 5 is fully installed & Activated (I need this for authoring & proofing) although it also will not appear as an available option in my BD Authoring software either - according to Sony support this is because it is somewhat flaky at the best of times.
Anyway, I am utterly stuck here and only able to decode to Core Audio (unacceptable) despite having ArcSoft installed & correctly set up.

Anyone got any ideas?

Could be wrong, but I think this only works with TMT 2, not 3 nor 5, as TMT 2 is the only version that allows the use of the DTS decoder outside the TMT program.

Neil, I'm pretty sure I had it working with the newest version. I think the problem is that Windows is not finding it.

I pulled this from the EAC3TO thread over at Doom9:


"Sometimes the ArcSoft DTS decoder doesn't work even after you've installed the full retail software. This can usually be fixed by manually adding the ArcSoft "Bin" folder (e.g. "C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcSoft\Bin") to your environment path. If you don't know how to do this, google "environment path"."

Worth a try!
