Hello all:

Thanks so much for such a great app. I m having some issues and was hoping t get some help with what surely must be a simple mistake on my part.

So I start with 24/96 files.
Foobar makes them a single wave and cue sheet
Plogue makes the separate wav files
DTS pro makes the dtshd file
I then bring it into audiomuxer and load in the foobar created cue sheet.

Here is what I want to produce...

An avchd directory that contains the following features....

Background image
The ability to use my blu-ray remote to skip to the next track as specified in the cue file
The name of the track as specified in the cue file.

Seems reasonable right?

I check the split in files box on the bottom left.
I do not check the split by cue entries.

The file sounds great on my system, but it never lets me skip to the next song. It will just start the first one all over again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for such an awesome app!

Thanks howster, much appreciated. 8-)

I'll presume that you are making an AVCHD disc and that you want to skip from one song to the other. What you'll have to do is

1) Load the .dtshd file using the "Select Audio" button
2) Now click on that .dtshd file in the AudioMuxer audio list, and hit now the "Cue Split" button without selecting any of the options below that button and load the Foobar CUE file against that .dtshd file. You'll see now that although you'll have 1 .dtshd file that different chapter points will be added to the file, 1 for each track of the album.
3) [For testing purposes] Select the "Blank Video" option under the "Mux To" button and the "Export to AVCHD" option. Make sure that "MKV" is selected next to the "Mux To" button.
4) Now hit the "Mux To" button and check that you'll now get the desired result.
5) If it works fine with your remote skipping back and forth, then go back to 3) and load your favorite images in the images list, deselect the "Blank Video" option and repeat the same process.

In 3) I have selected the "Blank Video" option to speed up the creation process of your AVCHD, otherwise you'll have to wait a long time for the encoding process of the images to end, to discover then that the whole thing does not work. :x :x
If the above gives the desired result, then the next time you can just replace step 3) with what is described in step 5).

Let me the outcome.

Thanks so much for the detailed reply. Two questions.

1. What software do you use to play blu spam files in windows xp?

2. There are two areas to select options for cue sheets. On the left there is Split in files. I guess I leave that unchecked right? On the right, there is split By Cue Entries. It is checked by default. Leave it checked?

Thanks so much for all the assist!

When I click on the Split by Cue Entries on the lower right side of the app window, I get the following error:

Any suggestions?

Thanks so much. I am being clear and precise (or at least trying to be heheheh).

The only check box I have now is export to avchd. When I mux with these options, I do not get any errors. Lets see if the tracks come through...stand by!

Ok. So sadly that does not work. No skipping to next chapter and amazingly it does not even show my album artwork on the tv now. Very strange. Not making coasters as the sound quality is truly amazing.

If you'd like, feel free to pm me your email address if you'd like to see screen grabs, etc

Regards and many thanks.

Got the video to work properly. No forward to next chapter. Interesting thing is that the disk shows multiple chapters. Seems to be no way to skip though. If I try, it just resets to the first one. On screen display shows chapter 1/16 (for example). That way I know the chapters are there. Is it my Blu spam player? I kind of doubt it, because if I play the mkv or the whole disk with vlc, it has the same problem. Any suggestions?
