What is in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Plogue\Bidule\plugins you mentioned spec 4.3.2, but the current version is 4.6. The version of the plugins must match the version of the layout. |

First of all, these: reacomp-standalone reacontrolmidi-standalone redelay-standalone reaeq-standalone reafir-standalone reagate-standalone reajs reastream-standalone reaxcomp-standalone don't belong in the plugin folder. I see it says 'standalone' but I reckon it are the VST's needed for Mastering in the SPEC layout, these typically go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Plogue\Bidule\VSTPlugins (or whatever you called your vst folder in Plogue). If I remember correctly (don't have these installed at the moment) there should also/already be a seperate sub-folder inside that VST folder that contains some data in order for these VST's to work. Probably called something like 'reavst' or 'reaplugins' or maybe just 'rea', I don't know, you ought to check that yourself. That's were they belong. So what you need to do is move these .dll's to the folder I mentioned. |

Yes there is a subfolder called JS that has some data in it. I created a folder called VST where i moved the realplugs inside the VSTPlugins. Nothing changed |

No, because you are also doing something else wrong, I just pointed out that other stuff because else you would later have noticed that you could not use the Mastering tools. I'll leave the rest up to Z. he's the expert. |

Bill, first close Plogue. You should have a Plogue folder named VSTPlugins. Put your "commercial" VST's in there. In the Plugins folder put in PrintF, ZAG, and SPEC. If you have any older versions of ZAG or SPEC it's probably best to take them out. Now start up Plogue. It should find everything, but just in case it didn't, go to Edit and select Scan plugins. |

No, you shouldn't have to. At this point I'd probably do a fresh install and see what happens. Just remember all SPEC .dll's must be in the Plogue\Bidule\plugins folder. Technically regular VST's like the ones for free mastering can be in a folder anywhere and you can go to "Edit" "Preferences" "VST" and select the VST folder. Just make sure all the commercial VST's are in the directory you tell Plogue, and there can be subfolders for example "Voxengo" etc. to sort by vendor. All this failing, you probably need to talk to Zeerround. |
