Do I just install over the current one? also I wanted to attach a screen shot of the problem but it says I cannot post attachments...How do I get to be able to do that?

Yes you can just install over the old one.

As for screen shots, upload to an image hosting service or photo sharing site, such as imageshack.us (resized to 640x480) and paste the link in your post here. Then highlight the link and click on "Img" in the above buttons. All that does is put image tags around the url.

Then when people view your post they will see the embedded image, rather than the link.

What operating system do you have and is it 32 or 64 bits?

Whichever one, make sure you install the 32 bit version of plogue (even if you have a 64 bit OS)

I am on a 64 bit Windowws 7 system but I am using a 32 bit version of Plogue...There are 4 boxes that have Red circles with lines thru them...They are
SPEC Slice
SPEC LCR
Arc Tan 4.4
Keep Muted FFT
as well as the additional Bass plugin is red

When I move the SPEC 4.2.1 .dll into the plugins folder the program freezes and will not load..when I take it out of the folder the program loads
When it is in the program freezes

When it is out it loads but I have the red boxes
