hello.
i'm doing 5.1 multichannel waves to .flacs to play in PC from HD.

i can't play 24/88.2 .flacs but 96, 48 or 44.1 .flacs play fine in winamp or VLC.
even calling for help in VLC forum i don't got solution.
don't know if .flacs with this resolution/sample rate is possible to play in pc and if the issue came from flac or from the players, this is the answer that 'nobody' give me.

do you know any player capable to play 24/88.2 .flacs in pc?

Plays well in Foobar. See below. Flac was created using the Flac.exe v1.2.1.

This is off-topic, but quickly, foobar2000 also gives you a 6-channel VU Meter instead of the default Spectrum. Right-click on the slider, uncheck Spectrum and check VU Meter. Very convenient for us.

edited first part of the post, was my english barrier and some typos too.

thanks for yours hints guys, but i forgot to post here but i posted in the forum:
i use win2000 and Foobar don't install in this system.

MPC HC (media player classic home cinema)
play all .flacs. ... some progs are capables to run in win2000 even when the min requiriment is xp.

interesting detail: playing 24/48k or 24/44.1 in VLC sounds better than 24/88.2 in MPC HC, maybe this player have inferior quality in internal flac decoder.
all possibles settings was done but still worse.
