Greetings to everyone,

I am having the strangest problem with multi artist files. I can get them to convert perfectly for about 60 minutes of CD playing time then the signal begins to break up with lots of digital noise and skips. I have tried burning on several new drives but get the same effect. I have never had a problem with a single artist project (if it was all from the same CD). I have found the converted 6 channel .wav file is actually the problem. When I play them back at around the 60 minute mark they start breaking up. I don't see much on here about multi artist projects. I suspect EAC might be part of the problem. Has anyone else had an issue like this?

What is the size of the mch file? what foramt?

If you are creating mch files (without using DTS to compress) you can easily exceed the size limit of a standard wav file (depending on sample rate and bit depth). You can get around this by using flac or the extensible wav format.
