I've got a 6 channel dtswav (suffixed .wav) file that was ripped from a DTS CD, but shows as '2 channel' . I tried the Audiomuxer (v 0.9.6.4) 'fix' that you describe here, but it didn't work.

File loaded as:
==> C:\Downloads\WAV Samples\01 - No Friend of Mine (Original).wav
> PCM-Microsoft PCM (16bits) | 44100Hz | 1 411.2 kb/s | 2Ch (2/0/0)*

output of the 'fix'
==> C:\Downloads\WAV Samples\01 - No Friend of Mine (Original).fixed.wav
> PCM-Microsoft PCM (16bits) | 44100Hz | 1 411.2 kb/s | 2Ch (2/0/0)*

> Created from "C:\Downloads\WAV Samples\01 - No Friend of Mine (Original).wav"
since the DTSWav file was corrupted.

The .fixed.wav output file (unlike the input file) is unplayable in foobar2k...
