After a longtime. yes as the title states. i want to check SPEC live in my Laptop. is it possible ?
i have a Dell Studio laptop with IDT Audio. how can i configure my lap with SPEC ?.
ofcourse i ll connect my lap to my home theater.

Strange mic sound? What happens if you use spec not live on your laptop, does that sound normal? |

OK, so it sounds like it's not your output setup. What happens in you connect the audio device input directly to the output (bypassing spec). If you get the same funny noise, that will tell you that it's coming from the audio input device. What do you mean by "mic" sound? Is it possible that your laptop has a built in microphone and you are pipeing that into spec? |
