I see what you're saying as far as grabbing copy-written material that been pirated on the web as a definite no go. It would be nice to see if someone had success with particular settings with specific releases - without of course posting links to any material posted on web-servers, private servers, or any illegal means whatsoever. I've tried to do some research on-line to see if spending the money and time between Bidule/SPEC would work for my music collection and I too have seen a few musical works already processed and available but that doesn't mean it has the sound I want nor describes the settings used to make it happen, or alternative settings. It would be great to see some popular works processed and described as to whether the rears were a little weak...maybe the center could have been stronger and other settings that might have worked better in a particular setting. That would certainly end up to be a lot of posts and information but I could see the popularity and profitability for Bidule/SPEC skyrocket without the need to make an artist's work illegally available or taking away from an artist's earnings. I don't see my sis-in-law much but I will run it by her as to whether it's ok to talk about conversions in detail or if that pushes the envelope.
